Leave Learning mode on for a day or two.

Lumenet quietly records which apps talk and where — nothing is blocked yet.

Review the baseline.

Approve the apps you trust in one pass; block the ones you do not recognise.

Switch to Normal mode.

From here, only genuinely new connections will ever ask.
