Privacy policy

The short version: Lumenet does not collect your data. The application records network activity so that you can see it, on your machine, and nowhere else.

What the app stores locally

• Connection events (app, destination, port, protocol, disposition) in a local database under %ProgramData%\Lumenet.
• Your rules, profiles, settings, and alert history.
• Per-app bandwidth usage for the retention window you configure.

This data never leaves your PC. Deleting the database (or uninstalling with the cleanup option) removes it permanently.

What we do not do

• No telemetry, crash reporting, or usage analytics.
• No account needed to monitor — a Forcental account is only used to activate Pro — and no identifiers tied to your traffic.
• No cloud processing — country lookups for the map run offline.

The website

This website serves static pages and keeps no visitor logs beyond ordinary short-lived server access logs. It sets one item of local storage to remember your light or dark theme choice. No analytics scripts, no advertising, no third-party trackers.

Purchases

If you buy Pro or Lifetime, payment is handled by our payment processor; we receive the licence details needed to activate your copy (order reference and licence key) and nothing about your card. Licence checks are designed to work offline after activation.
